Please be sure to insure your laptop for full replacement value. We recommend you use The UPS Store to send your laptop. They have all the proper packaging materials to make sure your laptop arrives intact. Your laptop will be returned via the same service at no cost to you. Once we receive your laptop we will send an email to acknowledge receipt of your machine. You will receive a repair cost estimate within twenty-four hours of receipt. Your repair should be completed within twenty-four hours of approval. If there is a delay because of availability of parts, you will be notified promptly.
